Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, role), the business data you record (products, sales, inventory, customers, payments), and basic technical signals (sign-in events, device/IP, and security audit logs) we use to keep your workspace safe.

To run your workspace, process payments and subscriptions, prevent fraud and insider misuse, send the communications you expect, and improve the product. We use the platform contact email below for all platform communications.

When a business uses Operix to serve its own customers, that business is the controller of its customer data; we process it on their behalf. Each tenant's data is isolated and scoped to their organization.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service (for example, payment and email providers), under contracts that protect it, or where the law requires.

We guard your data with role-based access, optional two-factor authentication, audited sensitive actions, export and restore safeguards, and rate limiting against abuse. Secrets are stored hashed, never in the clear.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Workspace owners can manage staff access and revoke it at any time. Tell us what you need and we'll help promptly.

We keep data while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and audit obligations, then remove it. Some records are kept immutably for audit integrity.
