Terms of Service

Operix is operated by Spacehub Technologies (“we”, “us”). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your business.

Your business data is yours. We act as a custodian: we store and process it to provide the service, and you can export it at any time. We never sell your data.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for the staff and roles you grant access to within your workspace.

Use Operix lawfully. Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants' data, and don't use it to defraud your own customers or staff.

To keep everyone safe, automated abuse, rate-evasion, and tampering with audit records are not permitted.

Paid plans, trials, add-ons, and any credits are described at sign-up and in your billing settings. Charges recur until you cancel. We'll always tell you, in advance and in plain language, before a change affects what you pay.

We work hard to keep Operix available and offline-tolerant, but no service is perfect. We provide it “as is” and limit our liability to the fullest extent the law allows. Where something goes wrong, we'll act with care to put it right.

You may stop using Operix and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, giving you notice and a chance to export your data wherever reasonably possible.

If we update these terms we'll post the new effective date here and, for material changes, let you know inside the app. Continuing to use Operix after a change means you accept it.
